Elham Kamal

Elham Kamal, Ph.D. serves as an assistant professor at the Institute of Economics within the Faculty of Social and Economic Sciences at Comenius University in Bratislava. Previously, from 2019 to 2021, she undertook a two-year scholarship stay as a researcher at the University of Orleans in France. Dr. Kamal's research expertise focuses on macroeconomic modeling and financial economics, with a specific emphasis on systemic risk, cryptocurrency, and finance. Her scholarly contributions have appeared in journals such as Finance Research Letters and Resources Policy, among others. She has taught and continues to teach a diverse range of courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels, including macroeconomics, statistics, and econometrics, among others.
