Marián Giba

Doc. JUDr. Giba, PhD.  holds a PhD. by Faculty of Law at Comenius University in Bratislava and University Sorbonne Paris. He is a member of Franch Association of Constitutional Law and co-founder of Slovak Association of Constitutional Law. Currently he is a head of Department of Constitutional Law at Faculty of Law, Comenius University and at the Institute of Public policy he teaches The public law and public policy. He defended his habilitation in 2018. He has an authorship of numerous domestic and foreign articles and handbooks. His main topics of interest are institutional area of constitutional law, referenda, constitutional-law aspects of European Union and Franch constitutional law. Publications
