Maksym Khylko
Maksym Khylko, PhD. is an associate professor at the Institute of European Studies and International Relations.
Dr. Khylko holds a Master's degree in International Relations from Taras Shevchenko National University in Kiev, a PhD in Philosophy, and the title of "Senior Researcher" at the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
During his academic career in Ukraine, he worked at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Institute of Journalism as Research Fellow, Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Foreign Policy Research Institute as Research Fellow a na
National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine as Senior Research Fellow as Head of Information and Analytical Department.
