Abstract:
WUNDERWORK’s overarching objective is to advance knowledge on effective policies and workplace interventions that reduce undeclared and underdeclared work in ways that are both effective and inclusive, promoting workers’ wellbeing and ensuring a level playing field for European firms. After identifying which legal conditions enable which forms of un(der)declared work, the actual incidence of un(der)declared work, and the attitudes (norms) and motivations (causal mechanisms in behavior) of employees' and self-employed workers, FSES CU team aim at understanding mechanisms for behavioral change in motivation and engaging in un(der)declared work activities by individuals. The work package “Mechanisms for behavior change in motivation and engaging in un(der)declared work activities by individuals” will contribute to the identification of potential causal mechanisms in possible policy interventions to change behavior, and it will provide valuable insights into co-creation of realistic interventions and its experimental testing.

Abstract: This project addresses the transformative impact of digital tools and skills for healthy city/region on HE. The primary objective is to empower university teachers to effectively integrate AI and new skills into their teaching and work and to create for them conducive environment. By doing so, the project aims to cultivate a generation of graduates capable of addressing the complexities of 21st-century urban living.
The project will design and implement comprehensive training programs for HE educational and administrative staff (managers, administrators, QA experts) across diverse disciplines, incorporating specialized AI tools, transversal and soft skills for Healthy city/region. A foundational course for medical students will be prepared to reflect the needs of Healthy city/region. Scholarly studies will document the impact of these courses on participating teachers and their students.
The project improves the abilities of academics to work in interdisciplinary and international teams, in line with the Healthy city/region concept. Further, it develops problem solving skills among participants. Creating and enhancing mechanisms within HE institutions to support teachers in adapting to new roles will provide lasting impact on the educational ecosystem. Through its participants, the project will increase participation of the general public in building Healthy city/region.
