General Information on Enrolment
- all manuals can be found here
- There may be a few days between the payment of the fee, payment pairing and the creation of the study itself, so don't expect to be able to enroll in courses immediately after your return has been confirmed and the fee has been paid
- you can check the payment of fees in AIS2, you do not need to write to the study department. If the payment is not yet paired, you need to wait.
- enrolment of courses in AIS for 1st year bc will be possible from 3.8.2026, for those who send returns later during August due to taking leave, enrolment will be possible from 3.8.2026.
- Enrolment for upper year courses will be possible from 3.8.2026 for those who have passed the check stage for advancement to the next year.
- we kindly ask the admitted students not to send certified copies of their matriculation certificate (neither electronically nor by post) - it is enough if you bring them to us for enrolment
- the enrolment letter is confirmed by the study department on the day of attendance or after completion of e-enrolment. If AIS tells you this is not a mistake, it is normal procedure
- registration of courses on the timetable will not be possible until September when the timetable is ready. In the meantime, you just need to load the courses onto the enrolment sheet.
- The specific dates and method of enrolment for all degree programmes will be published the first week of August.
