Kristína graduated from European studies at Faculty of social and economic sciences Comenius University, where she also defended her PhD thesis on ‘Constructing Responsibility to Protect in CSDP and its implications for the EU roles.’ Currently, she is a lecturer at the Faculty and is involved in teaching bachelor as well as master courses. Moreover, as a coordinator and mentor, she deals with student projects Model United Nations and Regional Academy on the United Nations. She is also the admin of the IESIR's FaceBook.
In her research, she is focused on the EU as a normative power, security policy and different perspective on the Responsibility to Protect.
